GVG pursues coordination of the asisp network of social protection experts

For the second time GVG has been awarded for the coordination of the asisp network, an independent network of social protection experts. The EU funded asisp network, established in 2008, monitors social protection reforms all over Europe and helps to foster mutual exchange on pension, health and long-term care issues. The new contracting period with a duration of one year will be characterised by both continuity and change. One main change will be the provision of bi-annually updated annual reports on all important developments with regard to pensions, health and long-term care. Another innovation will be a closer coordination with MISSOC. Due to the excellent work of the social protection experts in the past four years, continuity will be ensured as regards the composition of the network.
