Description of Project
General objective:
To ensure minimal social protection guarantees throughout the Russian Federation.
Specific objectives:
To develop unified methodological approaches to solving the tasks of social protection development, establishment of social service standards and development of regulatory mechanisms.
Components:

Components:
- Review of existing federal and regional policy and legislation on social services including quality standards and their application in the pilot oblasts and development of recommendations for change;
- Development of minimum standards for social protection services in the pilot oblasts.
- Support for creation of a regulatory mechanism for inspection, maintenance and continuing improvement of social protection standards
- Dissemination of social care quality standards at federal level
